  • Business information entered into document intake forms (business name, addresses, party names, contract terms, etc.)
  • Payment information - processed and stored by Stripe; we do not store your credit card number
  • Communications you send us (support emails, feedback)

  • Usage data (pages visited, documents generated, features used)
  • Device and browser information
  • IP address and general location
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies for site functionality

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To generate and deliver the legal documents you request

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your document content to train AI models or share it with other users.

5. Document Storage and Retention

Documents generated through your account are stored according to your plan:

  • Pay Per Document: Documents are available for download immediately after purchase and are not retained in a dashboard
  • Starter plan: Documents stored for 3 months from generation date
  • Pro and Annual plans: Documents stored for 1 year from generation date

Account information is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may affect your ability to use certain features of the Service.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but are committed to protecting your information using reasonable safeguards.
